Grumpys BOSTON CREAM
by anon
@ 31, Jan 2006 |

|
Made it up using Grumpys LOW IBU extract
with the included Safale S-33 yeast at
around 21-23 degrees. Bottled straight
from primary. Very popular with everyone
whom tasted it. The only problem with
this beer is keeping everyone else away
from it so you can drink some yourself!

Beermakers Cold
by anon
@ 04, Apr 2005 |

|
|
Made this one as per instrucitons
using:
250g Dried Malt Extract
250g Corn Syrup
500g Dextrose
instead of the 1kg dextrose recommended
(fermented at about 16 degrees
celcius).
After a couple of months it tasted like
a typical pale lager. It was not too
malty and was nice, refreshing and had
the right bitterness.
