Beermakers Draught

Made with 500g LDME, 250g dextrose, 250g
corn syrup, 22L, kit yeast.
Poured with a pretty good head, a bit
bland though which I put down to the
effortless recipe.
Has the potential to be a pretty good
beer though, just need to fire up the
recipe a bit and use a good yeast.

Brewcraft Munich Lager

I made this for my first ever brew so
just used 1kg glucose, kit yeast and
topped up to 23L. I was surprised with a
great head and perfect carbonation. It
smelled and tasted quite malty.

Black Rock Dry Lager

Simple recipe. 1kg dexrose, 250g dried
corn syrup, 21.5L, 1041 - 1004. Nice
light-bodied, crisp lager. Big, creamy
head. Will mature nicely. 8.6/10.
