Malt Shovel Nut Brown Ale

Have made this in the past using two
cans for 22L adding 100g of crystal malt
grains [steeped] 20g goldings and Wyeast
1084 Irish, 5 days prim,7 days 2nd and
in a keg for a week.
My mates love it but they drink VB and
XXXX!!
One or two is fine.

If I want to make a quick 'quaffer'
this with 1.5 lme 150g dme and a mini
mash of whatever I have left or open in
the grain bins , Wyeast 1332 or
1056,5days prim,5-7 2nd,7 days cc.Easy
as.

Windjammer I lov it, for simple boil and
extract it is great.
Wyeast 1007 was the best yeast close
next 1332,1056 Ok. Four so far all
winners.
