Brewed up according to the directions,
but added an additional 20g of cascade
at the start of the boil and another 10g
at 30min. Didn't bother racking. It
tasted sensational after 6 weeks in the
bottle and didn't last much longer than
that. I can highly recommend the
additional hops if you like a bitter
beer.
