E.S.B Special Traditional bitter

I have brewed this a couple of times,
both times adding a mini mash of 200g
Carapils, 100g Melanoidin and 100g
Weyerman Wheat Malt. SO4 yeast fermented
@ 18 degrees. Very good either bottled
or on tap. This may become my house
brew.
