E.S.B Special Traditional bitter

True Traditional English Bitter. I
modified slightly from the kit, 3kg kit
with 300gm Dried Malt Extract,made up to
23ltrs, added a tea bag of
Goldings(12gm)Safale SO4 Yeast OG 1047
FG 1010. In primary 4 days, In secondary
1week. Good Colour, excellent flavour,
good head retention and lacing on the
glass. Will definately brew again.
