Brewed according to instructions using
500g of dark candi sugar at 20c.
Bottled three months before first
taste!!!
Beautiful bright ochre brown but
scintillatingly clear. Good full flavour
but definitely in need of another 4-8
weeks in bottle to polish off minor
rough edges.
Will be fantastic by christmas :-)
