This was my first attempt at a partial,
the results were fantastic. Beautiful
flavour and body, can't recommend
highly enough. Will be making again.

Coopers Stout

1 can can Coopers Stout, 1 kg Coopers
BE2. This was my first brew after a 2
year hiatus in which I previously had
very ordinary (awful) results with home
brew. Was very careful with
sterilisation as I think this may have
been the problem previously. Big krausen
blew all water from airlock, so was
sceptical that this brew would work.
It's now 4 weeks since bottling, result
is excellent. Not overly alcoholic, just
a nice easy drinking drinking stout. I
would say it is idiot proof, will
definitely brew again.
