Coopers Sparkling Ale

Made this a couple of times with 1 and
3/4 kg of Muntons amber dme and 400gr of
dex, ferm at 18*-20*,1 week in primary
than racked until finished, I think the
ammount of Cascade pallets used in dry
hopping in secondary is the secret of
getting it just right, not enough and
its bland , around 15gr I think. Great
kit if you do it just right.

cooler weather at under 18deg and last

quite good and now i can cold condition
the next one should be better. Dry hop
