This was a wonderful beer. I am a kit
brewer, who usually does a mini-mash,
and this was rather simple with this
kit, although it did take a little while
in the kitchen.
IPA is probably my favourite style of
beer, and this was a great example. A
strong malt flavour along with good hop
bitterness.
It fermented at approx. 22 degrees,
using Melbourne tap water and Wyeast
1028.
