Tooheys Lager
by Drew Carey82 @ 26, Jan 2006

 4/5

Howdy. Temp was rather high when I brewed this 26-28 degrees.Brewed to 20 litres, coopers brew enhancer 2, kit yeast. Primary 7days, secondary 7 days finings used. At 3 weeks in bottle yuk but at 6-8 weeks very nice refreshing beer will do again.

Coopers Bitter
by Drew Carey82 @ 03, Jan 2006

 1/5

Absolute crap. Brewed with a brew enhancer 2(coopers) primary 7 days, secondary 7 days. 24 degrees temperature. 6 weeks in the bottle so bitter almost undrinkable. Very bitter leaves aftertaste that can ruin the rest of your session on decent beer. Should be discontinued truly disgraceful.

Brewiser Pilsner
by Drew Carey82 @ 20, Dec 2005

 2/5

Bloody average. Made with ultrabrew, 5 days in primary, 7 days in secondary @ 24 degrees constant. with saaz hops in primary. @ 4 weeks in the bottle is very lacklustre and virtually no taste whatsover. Is drinkable when cold and has a good head and appearance but will not make again. Next time will go a decent kit brand.

Coopers Original Draught
by Drew Carey82 @ 30, Nov 2005

 4/5

Primary for 7 days, secondary for 5 with finings. Just brewed with a coopers brew enhancer 2, to 23 litres. Primed with Castor Sugar. After two weeks came out with a great head and plenty of bubbles and a lovely flavour will get better with age.

Brewcraft Belgian Ale
by Drew Carey82 @ 23, Nov 2005

 4/5

Lovely, made with kit yeast + 500g light, 250 grams maltodextrin, 250 grams dextrose, brewed @ about 24 degree's for 5 days, then 7 days racked. A new batch is already brewing but added, boiled fruit(nectarines + strawberry's) to enhance fruiteness. Would possibly recommend make to 20 litres for creamier finish rather then 23 litres.

Beermakers Old
by Drew Carey82 @ 15, Nov 2005

 5/5

Made twice with just a half a kilo of dark malt and half dextrose to 23, litres and came out sensational literally gets better with age, probably peaks about 2 months. Will add grains next time
