Can, 250grams Coopers Light Dry
Malt,500grams Coopers Brew Enhancer 2.
Used supplied yeast. Brewed at 24
degrees using warmer. Starting SG 1028
bottled at two weeks on 4 May 07. SG
1010. Aim to get a mid strength quaffer
with a little more flavour. Drank after
8 weeks in bottle. Not bad. My mate
rated as just good enough, any better I
wouldn't give it to him amd any worse
he wouldn't drink it. Will add review
notes after 6 mnths in bottle.
