Coopers Australian Pale Ale
by JCG @ 09, Apr 2007

 4/5

This would be my best brew to date. Made kit with 1Kg Brew Enhancer #2 and 500g LDME, used a cascade finishing hop. Ferment out in 10 Days Bottled for 6 months the resulting pale ale is very fruity great citrus aromas, great body, nice fluffy head.

Coopers Mexican Cerveza
by JCG @ 09, Apr 2007

 3/5

When I purchased this kit it cost $4 so I bought 2. When I made the first attempting to emulate Corona (as in a light summery ale), I was given the advise dextrose would keep it light. and malt would give it to much body, with this in mind I made it with 1 Kg of dextrose. Fermented out at around 25C, for 7 days, the result was a darker than expected ale. Very light flavoured beer no head, but very very drinkable. Kept in stubbies for well over 6 months and flavour stayed consistant.
