Black Rock Dry Lager

My previous post tittled "Ordinary" is
upgraded to quite drinkable. After a
couple of months in the bottle, this
beer started to shine. The flavours
matured and I am quite happy with it
now. All 60 stubbies are gone :(

Coopers Original Lager

I used 300g of Maltodextrose (corn
Syrup) for head retention after reading
previous posts, and a bag of coopers
brew enhancer 2. Came out very clean and
crisp and had a hint of apple. Not
offensive, very drinkable, quite light.
Will do again with more fermenmtables.

Coopers Bavarian Lager

I used WLP029 a liquid Kolch yeast, and
brewed at 22*C (2*C higher than
recomended). Used 400g of brew sugar and
600g light dry malt extract. Would have
been superb except I over primed it.

Black Rock Dry Lager

Very average can. I used 1 Kg ultra pack
from LHBS and 500g dry Light Malt, some
hops (tea bag variety, can't remember
name) and White Labs German Ale Kolsch
yeast WLP029. I'm not about to tip out
the beer but it's nothing fancy. Ferm
temp19-20˚C, OG:1038, FG:1000. I
racked it, but didn't bulk prime. Glad
I used liquid yeast and other goodies
otherwise it would be going down the
drain. I paid $14 too much for this can.
It's woth $6 or $7.

Loved it! 1kg dextrose, no rack, no bulk
prime, just the carb dropplets. It came
out a treat. 4 weeks later there's
almost none left. Highly reccomended.
