Morgans Blue Mountain Lager

Can of 'Bluey', 500 gms light spray
malt and 500 dex. Boil for 5 mins, add
12 gms Hallertau, slow boil for 10 mins.
Strain into fermenter with the kit, add
1 tea bag of hersbrucker finishing hops,
same yeast, or Saflager S 23 is great,
but only in the winter, were you can
keep it below 18 degrees.
This beer is PERFECT with just dextrose
and no malt or hops everytime, but if
you like an aromatic lager with a bit
more hop, then go the extra.
