TCB Wetpak - American Pale

This was my first attempt at a wetpak,
great flavour, extremely drinkable. Just
used Safale that comes with the kit,
kept at a steady 18 deg C. Here are the
details:
6: American Pale Ale
TCB - wetpack american pale. Safale
yeast.
SG 1.045 FG 1.012 (4.9%). Racked for 2
weeks + 1 week CC. Kegged 12/02/05
Yes, yes only up to brew #6
