Coopers Canadian Blonde
by mark68 @ 20, Mar 2006

 2/5

I have twice brewed this kit and both times it came out too sweet to drink.I used 1.5 kilos of BE 2 and safale so4,kept at 20 to 24 degrees for 5 days then bottled with dextrose. The second time i did it i didn't boil the kit, only the BE 2,then rehydrated the coopers yeast, before throwing together at around 25 degrees.Same awful homebrew flavour, will never do it again.
