Coopers Australian Pale Ale
by Matt

Brewed with 1kg Ultrabrew (500g
dextrose, 250g light malt extract, 250g
maltodextrin) and dry-hopped with 12g
Pride of Ringwood hop teabag. Tasted
pretty ordinary ice-cold (when it had
spent a few days in the fridge and was
consumed at about 4 degrees C) but at
8-10 deg C (2hrs or so in fridge or
20-30 minutes in freezer) the flavour
and aroma was exceptional. Strangely low
alcohol content though, only came in at
about 3.5% fully fermented out, though
possibly due to error in brewing.
