I made this kit and added extra cascade
hops. After 4 weeks in the bottle it is
incredibly amazing!! Tastes like a very
nice beer and I've had great coments
from all that's tried it. I'll
definetely make this one again!!

E.S.B Extra Special Nut Brown

made as instructed, though to 22l.
Kegged beer tasted nice, though a little
watery. 20-21 litres would've been
better. Bottled beer tasted WAY better
than the kegged stuff after 2 months, so
would suggest that the extra priming
sugar & aging has made all the
difference. I didn't think i'd like
this style of beer, but it has become
one of the best brews i've made. would
definately make again, though no kegging
next time!

E.S.B Australian Draught

This beer tastes sensational. Very easy
to drink, but still packed with taste &
character (for a draught, that is!!).
Highly recommended, though if you're
kegging it, you may want to put a little
bit extra dextrose in (250g max), to get
the alc % up a to 4.5-5%.
This is my new favourite beer...

Coopers Australian Bitter
by Michael

Very near English Bitter (for an extract
kit)I brewed this as a "two can" brew
with Homeland draught. Used both yeast
packets and split the brew into two
seperate 12l fermenters - The one with
Coppers dried yeast was better...But
both very good beers for extract - true
to style - most would like it a bit
sweeter, but two can for me gives a
correct English style Bitter. Brewed at
18-22 Two weeks primary only no seconday
- bottle primed with DME.
