i used this as a base and won a homebrew comp, out of 30 entries.so im not quite shure what these other fellas are on.a simple mix with really good results would be to add morgans choc malt, take it to 18ltrs.using supplied yeast.you will get a creamy head,and dark beer without the burnt taste.

took this out to 20ltrs.put in 2 packtes of saaz finishing hops.used coopers 1.5 light liquid malt.1 month on the shelf.result,simply just a great crisp refreshing beer.
