Absoloutley lovely drop. Brewed with
200g Crystal 40 (steeped 20min in 70C
water) Added 5g East Kent Goldings Hops
(each) at 60 (bittering) 30 (flavour)
and flameout (aroma) Ferment at 18C for
2 weeks. Drink straight out of the
primary fermenter at cellar temps (do
not caronate) for the authetic English
Real Ale experience. Close your eyes and
you could be siting outside the Jolly
Sailor in Hamble drinking a Wadworth's
4X, a HSB, or a badger hand pumped
ale....Superb !!!
