Morgans Blue Mountain Lager
by nick @ 13, May 2008

 4/5

did this with ultra brew (500 ldme, 250 dex, 250 cs), 300 liquid wheat malt & steeped tettnager hop bag. used safale yeast & fermented around 22 deg. tasted after a month & had strong banana smell & taste, was a bit disapointed after hearing all the praise for this kit. 6 weeks in the bottle it has turned into a tasty crisp beer, will do again.

Coopers Stout
by nick @ 12, May 2008

 5/5

did this one with stout booster (250 ddme, 250 dex, 500 black sugar) & an extra kilo of ddme. never heard of black sugar but thats what it said on the label. used brewers choice ale yeast & kept at around 22 deg for 7 days. 5 weeks in the bottle and this is a fantastic stout, nice bitterness, not overly burnt & great fine head which stays the hole glass. will make this one again.

Morgans Iron Bark Dark Ale
by nick @ 02, May 2008

 4/5

made with can of morgans liquid crystal malt, 400g dextrose & steeped fuggles hop bag. kit yeast & fermented around 24 deg for a week. after 6 weeks is a tasty drop however next time will lose the dex, maybe steep some choc grain & bump up the hops.
