I found this to be very bitter, a little
too bitter for my tastes. However, this
mellows with time. A good winter brew.

Morgans Blue Mountain Lager

One of the first brews i made, follwoing
a recipe from the HBS
Morgans Blue Moutina lager, 1kgs brew
booster 12g hallertau finishing hops
(boil in the bag for 10 mins).
Pitched the can yeast at 24-25c brewed
for 7 days and direct to bottle primed
with carb. drops.
Absolutley beautiful, will make again.
Was nice after 2 weeks but improved
greatly after 6-8 weeks. Trying to save
a few to condition further but may have
to put another down beofre all this lots
gone.
In a word excellent.
