Awesome. Brewed as per kit instructions,
pitched at around 26deg (OG 1060) and
then left at that temp for 2 days until
I notice an off odour. I was advised by
a workmate to drop temp to 18 - 20 deg.
Did so, and finally the odour went away
(FG 1014) Bottled and stored for 1
month. Was sceptical about how it would
turn out, but oh mamma what a beer.
Taste is devine, head retention all the
way down. Iam sure that if I have any
more than two longnecks I will walking o
the ceiling. I have just got to brew
again. (doing all the wrong thing the
same)
