Beermakers Bitter Ale XXX

We make this as our main beer. Keg on
about 25 degrees c, allow to sit an
extra day before bottling / kegging to
clear a bit. Have tried mix pack and
dextrose, but white sugar always give
that sharper taste. Love it heaps.
