Muntons Yorkshire Bitter
by Shane Loinsher @ 19, Aug 2007

 5/5

Awesome kit!! Even though used it with #15 lager enhancer just to give an experiment and also super alpha hops and 300gms of crystal malt grain it gives a redish tone, is smooth, good gas and keeps head with nice small bubbles. Best kit ever for this style of beer just use good ingredients with it

Muntons Traditional Bitter
by Shane Loinsher @ 19, Aug 2007

 4/5

Made brew with 1KG of DDM, 500gms Dex, Fuggles Finishing Hops and safale s-04 yeast. Good beer to have it short time for maturing. Though used too much dextrose and carbonation drops so everytime I open it it just froths up, but good bitter taste just like it says on the can!

Coopers Sparkling Ale
by Shane Loinsher @ 19, Aug 2007

 4/5

Used kit and yeast with Country Brewer ultrabrew: 500LDM, 250 Dex, 250 Malt/Dextron. Also 60gms of crystal grain malt and goldings finishing hops. At first had no taste but after 9 months one of the best brews, with a light gold tone, good carbonation, wonderful taste and keeps head good. Let the brew age for a while then give it taste, it wont let you down!...

Muntons Export Stout
by Shane Loinsher @ 19, Aug 2007

 5/5

Used kit with #74 brewcraft Irish Stout converter, along with 500gms of powdered corn syrup and Muntons Gold Yeast. Also only used 18 litres. After 2 weeks or less beer was better than guiness, with a strong and sharp stout flavour, smooth on the palate, and a pleasent after taste, only can have a few stubbies but still one of the best brews, definitely try this kit, it wont let you down!

Brewcraft Dutch Lager
by Shane Loinsher @ 19, Aug 2007

 3/5

Used this kit with #60 German Lager Converter, and saflager 2-23 yeast to make a distinctive Heineken tatse. Brewed too high of temperature but after 2-4 months in bottle gave a pleasent smooth taste. Recomend brew to anyone but add some hops and grain malt to give it more of a kick...

Black Rock Colonial Lager
by Shane Loinsher @ 19, Aug 2007

 4/5

Used brew with brewblend #20, golding finishing hops, a bit of crystal malt grain and saflager yeast. Brewed beer to high temperature and first taste was like dog poo. After 5 months its good colour, clear, good gas, and nice blend between the malt and hops. In future if using saflager yeast always brew it at low temperature! will do in next brew

TCB Wetpak - Pilsner
by Shane Loinsher @ 08, Oct 2006

 4/5

Brewed with Country Brewer Brew Booster: 500g dextrose, 250g light malt, 250g Maltodextrin, and country brewer, Czech Saaz Hops 12g. Fermentation around 22 degrees C. Left for 2 1/2 for fermentation and tried it after 2 weeks in bottle, taste was Very hoppy, bitter, good carbonation, not keeping head good and a bit cludy at the bottom of bottle, taste after 1 month was just beautiful a perfect beer for a warm day!!!

Brewcraft Munich Lager
by Shane Loinsher @ 08, Oct 2006

 4/5

Used 50/50 of light dried malt spray, and dextrose to equal 1kg, brewed to 23 litres, made mistake by stiring so had to leave for and extra 4 days but still a bit cloudy in the bottles. Brewed at temperature of around 22-24 degrees Celcius. After 1 week taste was light and weak, but after a month the hops proved to be there and now is a fantastic beer to drink, good head!!
