ESB make well balanced kits with quality
ingredients, IMO. I added 21L to the
Bavarian Wheat 3kg kit and pitched the
Wyeast 3068 liquid yeast and it produced
a quality hefeweizen. The only concern
might have been the darker colour from
the extract, and some extra hop flavour
might have been nice. Otherwise, a top
drop!
