Followed instructions to the letter only
difference being that i added 25 grams
of Fuggles dry hopped into
fermenter.Used supplied yeast Safale
s-04. Fermented in primary for 12 days,
secondary for 10 days at 18 degrees,
filtered then kegged.Beautiful full
flavoured beer,deep roast colour that
held a good head.Will defianately do
again.
