Excellent brew, My house beer at the
moment. Boil until hot break.cool via
wort chiller until 65f, usually use
yeast provided after proofing, brew at
65 - 68f for 1 week and 2 weeks in
secondary, bring to 1010 or less than
bottle/keg. Nothing but great results
with this brew.
