Grumpy's BAVARIAN BOCK LAGER

Brewed with a can of low IBU Grumpy extract at 14C using Wyeast Munich Lager. Fermented for 2 weeks then CCed at 2C for 4 weeks. A strong malty beer that is getting better and better with age. Cleared very well with CCing. Will brew again!

Brewed this with 1kg of Light DME and used Wyeast Munich Lager. Fermented at 14C for 10 days then CCed for 2 weeks at 2C. One word springs to mind," Bland". I think this beer should have had some dry hopping to give it a bit of punch.
