Grumpys BOSTON CREAM

Brewed with Safale yeast at 18C for 7
days then CCed at 2C for 7 days, used
low IBU Grumpy extract. Lovely clear
beer if left alone for a while (
difficult to do)Very nice after taste!
Am currently fermenting another 4
batches as we speak

Grumpys BELFAST GOLD STOUT

Brewed with Grumpy's High IBU stout
extract using Wyest Irish Ale (1084) at
16C for 7 days. Racked to secondary for
7 days at 16C then CCed at 2C for 7
days.
Beer had a strong coffee after taste
which I liked for the first 2 months
after brewing. This has now mellowed.
One of the best brews I have done.
