Tooheys Dark Ale

I like Tooheys Old and I find Tooheys
Dark Ale with Coopers Enhancer makes a
very close immatation. 18 to 22 degrees
let it brew long and then sit for
another week before bottling, great drop
with a meal, everyone who tries it likes
it.

Gold Rush Diggers Bitter

I like a Victoria Bitter type beer taste
and I have Gold Rush Diggers Bitter with
Brewmaster 15 gives a close resemblance
and anyway makes a very enjoyable beer,
good head, and tastes great glass after
glass, I always put a GOOD sized
teaspoon of sugar in each bottle, I brew
in summer or winter with a warmer and
possibly stay between 18 and 22degrees,
I bottle well after any activity stops,
a week or more, its a good drop enjoy.

Coopers Dark Ale
by Tom

was hoping for a tooheys old-style. used
just the kit and an ultrabrew, which is
500g ldme, 250 dex, 250 maltodextrin.
Came out quite nice, though slightly
lighter in colour, and didnt quite have
the slightly burnt flavour of tooheys
old. both probably because of the light
malt added.
will do again.
