Made with yeast supplied, 23l water, 1kg
dry malt and 12g Fuggles hops bag
(steeped 10 mins then added to
fermenter). Fantastic, well balanced,
smooth, easy to drink ale. Similar to an
Irish Red. Would definitely make again.
