Unless you are a new vistor you will have noticed we have
a new layout, this is basically to clean things up a bit,
making it easier for the viewer. I hope you like the new

Kit yeast was yeasted. No airlock
activity. Spraymalt was used instead of
sugar. Colour is light copper with chill
haze. Distinctly malty aroma at 3 weeks.
Malt aroma is rather faint at 5 weeks.
Mountfeel is light as only 1kg of
Spraymalt was used. Flavour is crisp and
dry without trace of hop, butterscotch
or fruit. Primed with 4/5 cup of cane
sugar, it has a bit too much carbonic
bite. Overall, it is not one to be
brewed again.
