USED THIS WITH A COOPERS LAGER. VERY
NICE REFRESHING BALANCED BITTERNESS,
MILD MALT . LOVELY PALE GOLDEN COLOUR
VERY CLEAR AND GOOD HEAD. ITS BEEN SIX
WEEKS IN THE BOTTLE AND I'M SURE A BIT
LONGER WILL GET EVEN BETTER..USED A
SAFLAGER DRIED YEAST 2 WKS AT 10c AND
RACKED FOR ANOTHER WK 10C ,BEFORE
BOTTLED.WILL DO AGAIN USING A LIQUID
YEAST AND GRUMPYS EXTRACT NEXT TIME.

Great hot wether brew

Brewed using grumpys medium extract and
nothing more. Brewed out for a week then
racked for another...... Very drinkable
after only 3 weeks in the bottle ....
Just superb.
