I can't comment on how successful this
is as a clone as I've never had the
original, but it is a superb beer
nonetheless. Made as per the directions
and using White Labs WLP002 English ale
yeast and dry hopped with 20g Goldings
pellets (made into a tea). The result is
a beautiful amber ale with a large
creamy head and a perfect balance of
bitterness/malt sweetness. The WLP002
finished at 1016 (from a 1044 start) so
you may want another yeast if you like
drier beers.
