Produces a decent bitter beer, I'm pretty happy with the results. Made it up with the kit & a bag of TCB Ultrabrew. Fermented for 1 week at 20C then 2 weeks in a secondary. Easily drinkable after 2 weeks in the bottle to carbonate.

Good Aussie Bitter

Thought I'd give this a go, and decided to brew fairly standard just to gauge the Country Brewer kits. Gave it a fifteen minute boil and some Ultrabrew. Nothing else. Tastes the way commercial beers should taste. You can really notice the POR hops, so it's not a kit for those who have a snobby attitude to Ringwood. Good quality kit, and I'd recommend it if you're trying to simply make an improvement on the commercial brews in Oz.
