Post New Review

Nice drop
by Luke @ 05, Apr 2007

 4/5

1 x Beermakers Bitter 750g Dextrose 250g Maltodextrin 1 x Supplied Yeast Additional Hops Brewed at approx temp of 24c. Bottled with Coopers carbonation drops. After 2 wks still a bit green yet drinkable. 3wks and onward in bottle what a good drop! Well carbonated and reasonable head retention. Will brew again in the future!

Yum

We make this as our main beer. Keg on about 25 degrees c, allow to sit an extra day before bottling / kegging to clear a bit. Have tried mix pack and dextrose, but white sugar always give that sharper taste. Love it heaps.

Cant complain
by Ian - Email Reviewer @ 16, Jan 2005

 3/5

A fairly standard Aussie style beer. I've made this 3 or 4 times & used 12-13g of either Golden Cluster or Pride of Ringwood hops & an ultra brew & filled it to 20-21 lts. Cant complain its very easy to drink & pretty cheap as well. I'll give it 3 stars but 3.5 would be better I might even make another this week
