Pale Ale

Used the Lager as it is a very pale beer
to start as your base.
150gm Crystal malt steeped for 30min in
a pot of hot water,1Kg ultra brew, Tea
bag pack of goldings hops steeped in cup
of hot water 10mins then dumped in all
of this into the brew with safale yeast.
No boiling needed. Easy to make great
to drink. Could not believe how goos
teh crystal malt changes a beer. No
need for any extra equipment. Took
approx 5 days in fermenter then bottled.
