Lion Nathan Wheat

Brewed this with Whienstaphen wheat
yeast and 5000grams light dried malt and
300 grams Muntons spray wheat malt to 19
litres.
tartness from the wheat is still there,
but body is greatly lacking compared to
the Morgans or Coopers wheat kits.
Bittering tastes like its added afetr
the fact - very back of the mouth, and
not smooth at all - as a wheat beer
should be.
Overall, immediately identifiable as a
cheaper kit compared to the 2 aussie kit
producers, so almost certainly is made
up from extract mixed together and
isohop added to extract.

make a trully sensational beer simmer 2

and add to fementer the finings make the
hops rain out to get a great drop.Just
follow the directioins on the can on
