aussie ale

 3/5

brewed for ten day,s temp averg 23 deg, using dextrose. Given that its an aussie styled ale (james squire. due to the fact that "JS" is the oldest style ale in the country therefore calling this aussie style ale , aussie style you'd be right on the money. the beer has an old world flavour rich yet easy to drink I can easly picture myself drinking this beer in a tavern a hundred years ago

I added 2 tins together & safeale yeast brewed for 8 days @ 19-23 deg. Filled to about 23.5 lts. It was OK at best. Quite dark, quite bland, quite sweet. Drinkable.
