Bloody average.
Made with ultrabrew, 5 days in primary,
7 days in secondary @ 24 degrees
constant. with saaz hops in primary.
@ 4 weeks in the bottle is very
lacklustre and virtually no taste
whatsover.
Is drinkable when cold and has a good
head and appearance but will not make
again. Next time will go a decent kit
brand.

Made with a Brewiser Brew Booster,
Saflager S-23 and a 12g Saaz hop bag
steeped for 10 minutes. Gave it 2 weeks
secondary, and now coming on 3 weeks of
cold conditioning. Pretty tasty brew,
but not really bitter enough for a true
pilsner.
