Brewed this with 1kg of LDME and 300g
dex. Boiled the malt and dex and added
10g of Saaz hops for 5 min.
Kegged it and am drinking it now after
no maturation time and love it. Zesty,
fruity and clean.
Going to do again for sure as I have
ordered two more cans :)

Wheat Malt and K-97 yeast. While it's
still young, it certainly lacks

Brewed with 1.0kg muntons dried wheat
malt, 3068 to 20 litres at 22c. banana
esters and tart! A great base for a
wheat, not very bitter at all- probably
the most consistant can for a wheat beer
