Surprisingly dark and flavoursome

Brewed this up as a standard K&K with a
BE2 and the kit yeast. 7 days at 20deg
then in the keg for a week. I was
expecting to get a hot weather slammer,
instead it came out quite dark for a
pale ale and had overtones of honey.
Very nice and not bad for the $12.95.
One to do again but I'd probably just
use dex to get my hot weather beer.
