Brewed with Muntons Premium Gold yeast
at 18 deg C for 7 days, racked for 5
days. Kegged and force carbed. The beer
was sensational but got better after a
further week in the keg. Mild tasted
malt flavour with spicey/citrus finish.
OG 1050 FG 1012. Highly recommended.
