Tasty and Easy

Easiest beer I have made, and easily the
best. Topped up with water to 21L,
chucked in a pack of brewcellar lager
yeast and fermented at 15 degrees for 10
days.
After 2 weeks in the bottle, this was a
sensational beer. Great aroma, flavour,
hoppy aftertaste, holds a great head.
Well worth a try.

stright shooting lager

brewed this with supplied lager yeast at
16oC for 7 days , then kegged.
Initially an aggresive bittering but
nice all grain freshness. However this
greatly improved after some lagering in
the keg, and 2 weeks later was the
prefffered beer in the fridge, and also
preferred by guests (easy drinking good
quality lager.
