Unless you are a new vistor you will have noticed we have

My first brew

Used this kit with 500g Dextrose and
500g Light Malt Extract, brewed with the
kit yeast.
This was my first brew, so temps were a
little high (around 24 degrees for the
first day till I got it down around
20-22.
Very tasty, although the head retention
is poor after a month in bottles.
Overall a good kit for the price, but I
prefer their wheat kit.
