Fantastic Aroma and Flavour

Made this kit about a month ago, and was
my first attempt at making beer. Started
Primary Feb. 5, 2007 with a specific
gravity of 1.048 at 70* F.
Moved beer to secondary fermenter on Feb
11, 2007 and the SG was 1.013 at 70*.
Racked the beer to a corny keg on about
March 15th. I could have moved it
sooner, but got too busy with other
things. This wait however made the beer
very clear (for a wheat beer).
Carbonated with CO2 in the keg at 12 psi
for 14 days.
The result of my first attempt at beer
making was fantastic. This brew has an
almost flowery aroma, and quite a sweet
flavour on the tounge. Almost a hint of
fruit. There is a good amount of hop and
citrus finish. I am keeping the beer
just over 40* F and it is a nice crisp
temperature and the beer will be a great
summer sipper.
