I found this to be very bitter, a little
too bitter for my tastes. However, this
mellows with time. A good winter brew.

Just did the standard kit with Scottish
wyeast 1728 & dry hopped with 2 x
fuggles plugs.
A dark amber ale with a lovely rich
flavour. It's highly bittered, so maybe
too high for some, but I love this
style. The aroma of the fuggles comes
through beautifully & really compliments
this ale
