Love this beer!

I have made this kit 4 times. It always
seems to get better every time I make
it. Great summer beer as it is "light &
refreshing". You can enjoy it with a
lime, but I have found that it has a
better taste without, more like a Sol
mexican beer. Slight "skunky" smell
like Corona that I heard can be hightend
by leaving it in the sun for a day after
being bottled. I put about a 1/4 cup
more sugar in for bottle conditioning to
make a true Cerveza.

I decided to try my hand at brewing so I
drove to my neighbourhood brewing supply
store. The kit was really easy to make.
The hardest part was sterilizing the
equipment. The beer was fermented in the
primary for 4 days and the secondary for
12. Then primed and a little over a week
later I couldnt wait no longer so I
tried one. The beer was excellent!!! It
had ample carbonation after a week and a
half. Much more flavour than store
bought. Cant wait until it ages longer.
I would definately use this kit again.
